EEJIIMIN

The Temple of Mother Divine

The Temple to Divine Mother houses Mother in the form of the Goddess Durga, the Goddess Saraswati, and the Goddess Lakshmi.

Mother is God Nature Herself, the Mother of the elemental kingdom. She is the Queen of Crystals in everyone's heart emanating from the Tree of Life, She is nourishing us with Her energy emerging from the roots of Her feet into the manifestation of beautiful mosaic yantras in front and around the base from which She is emanating.

The yantras on the floor of the Eejiimin Temple were a gift from Mother to Kriyaji, which She then manifested Herself for us.

In front of Mother, there is a large Kamala yantra dedicated to the Universal Divine Mother.

On the left-hand side is the traditional yantra of Saraswati...

... and on the right the yantra of Tripura Sundari Chandra Nadi - beautiful Mother of the three worlds.

The Goddess Durga

The Goddess Saraswati

After Prana Pratiksha was performed, She asked to be known as the 'The Mother of Miracles' and said that Her four hands and two feet would dispense specific blessings, becoming the hands and feet of miracles. therefore devotees can offer prayers, donations and give offerings to Her Divine Hands and Feet.

  • Saraswati's top left hand, which is usually placed on the veena, is the hand of the Goddess that represents prosperity and victory, the aspect of Lakshmi.
  • Saraswati's bottom left hand, holding the Sanskrit book of knowledge, becomes the miracle hand of knowledge and learning traditionally associated with Saraswati.
  • Saraswati's top right hand in which She usually holds a mala is the hand that dispenses protection on all levels. Therefore the aspects of Shakti and Durga will also be presente in this hand.
  • Saraswati's bottom right hand that plays the veena is the miracle hand of healing, the aspect of Mother Mary.
  • Saraswati's left foot represents spiritual illumination, the aspect of the Goddess White Tara.
  • Saraswati's right foot represents the positive practical steps in life, the aspect of the Goddess Green Tara.

One can notice how all the aspects of Divine Mother are present in Her Murti. On the left cheek of Mother is a dark line representing the face of Mother Kali.
