"Pranayama"

There is great curiosity and interest in Pranayama at this time and a growing need for people to understand how to go about this practice correctly. From time immemorial, it has been the primary tool of yogis on the path to self-realisation. Patanjali, Agastyar, Boganathar, Lahiri Mahasaya and Mahavatar Babaji and other siddhas all used Pranayama for transformation, illumination and to enter other states of consciousness - even soruba samadhi - and found the science of the breath to be the 'Breath and Bread of Life'. Kriyaji is a master of the breath and is accustomed to entering the breathless state and different levels of samadhi, having been taught personally for many years by her Father Mahavatar Babaji. He has instructed her for some time to teach Pranayama to sincere seekers.
