Temple of Yoga
'Let there be a Temple
for the realisation
of God and life,
of good and love,
and of union and light!'
'Move beyond the form to the formless'.

How can I attain enlightenment?
Purification of mind, heart and body are necessary for the attainment of enlightenment.
If the mind is dirty, the heart and body are also dirty. Your actions are dirty.
And you will automatically enter the room of karmic entanglements.
Who wants, who desires is the mind, the ego self.
Desire and the need of wanting are poison to the path of enlightenment.
The application of Yama and Niyama are necessary in order to purify and to observe the changes needed for liberation.
If the mind is pure then your thoughts and your behaviour will also be pure.
If your heart is pure then your actions and your engagements with people
and the world will also be pure.
Enlightenment is the ever-new joy of finding your innocence and emptiness again, it is not about gaining status but about letting go of everything.
The ego is the one that wants to possess, not your enlightened Self.
The baggage that one carries is of ego making.
The enlightened One walks with nothing, needs nothing, because he is nothing.
He craves not and he clings not.
The enlightened One is awakened to Spirit, He is awakened to Truth and He is awakened in Truth.
The Gods he fears not, at the path he trembles not, human beings he deceives not.
The enlightened One walks untouched on the fire of unmade destiny.
He walks the line between the two worlds in mastery.
For as long as there is insincerity and conditioning in the mind and in the heart there is no union, no love, no God and no enlightenment.
When Mahavatar Babaji appeared to me the very first time, I immediately understood, learnt and absorbed the teachings of Yoga through His silence.
Mahavatar Babaji doesn’t really speak much, he just watches. He just watches you, watches the world, watches the movements of minds. And it is through
this watching that He knows Himself as the observer, the vigilant experiencer that has no need to acquire but only to be - That which Is.
Only through this mastery of observation, can the ripple of disturbances of the mind be observed and brought into stillness by entering the centre of beingness, the depths of consciousness that are immeasurable and indescribable by the human mind.
Enlightenment is the transcendence of ones own human nature, of ones own human behaviour and of the embodied consciousness. The enlightened One then resides in the supremacy of consciousness, in the expanded consciousness of the awakened fullness of Self. This is the greatest realization.
The awakening of the self constantly realizing itself, awakening every sleeping thing that surrounds him.
I Am is awake,
I Am awake!
In the recipe for enlightenment you will find that these are the most crucial things:
10 kg of Sincerity
10kg of unconditional love
10kg of humbleness
10kg of openness
Mix them and you will witness the returning of the Innocent One.
When we come into this world we are born from our mothers and until a few months old we are awake, we are innocents, we are love, we move in love
and spontaneity and we laugh in the world.
If you understand this you will understand or have an idea of what freedom is.
This is the basic teaching of yoga, the true teachings of the Father, of the Buddha and of Jesus.
